Loss of Item/ Parcel Compensation
物品/包裹丢失的补偿
1. Loss of some items in a parcel:
A. The item should be included in the declaration list, otherwise Eazyla Marketing will not be held responsible to the loss/damage of the said item.
B. Please email us within 48 hours @ 2 days upon receiving the parcel.
C. A few photograph of the said parcel placed on a weight meter is compulsory.
D. After verification, the maximum compensation of missing item is up to USD 50.
1.损失的包裹一些物品:
A.该物品应列入申报清单,否则Eazyla将不会承担任何责任到上述物品的丢失/损坏。
B.请在收到包裹48小时为期2天之内给我们发电子邮件。
C.一定要给几张包裹重量(在体重称上)的照片。
D.经核实,丢失物品的最高赔偿可达50美元。
2. Loss of parcel:
A. Compensation will be according to the declared value, the maximum compensation of missing parcel is up to USD 50.

3. Parcel mix up by Courier Company
A. Our company will pay all expenses (if any) for all parcel mix ups or compensation will be given according to the declared value (maximum value of compensation: USD 50). Our company has the right to choose whichever method to handle the case.
B. If parcel mix up is by the buyer him/herself, they will bear all cost.
3.通过快递公司混合包裹
A.我们的公司将支付所有费用(如有)的所有包裹混淆或赔偿将按照申报价值(补偿最大值:50美元)。本公司有权选择任何一种方法来处理案件。
B.如果包裹是由买家混淆,他们将承担全部费用。
4. False declaration value/Prohibited items
A. Any parcel bearing a false declaration value or includes prohibited items (which are stated in our website) will bear the consequences of completely/partially return/confiscation of item(s); no compensation of shipping charges will be returned back to buyer.
4.虚假申报价值/违禁物品
A:任何虚假申报值或包含违禁物品的包裹(在我们的网站列示)将承担全部/部分退货的后果/没收;运费将不会补偿给买家。
Note: The terms & conditions listed above are only applicable for parcel dispatched from warehouse.
Gentle Reminder: It is highly advisable for customers to buy insurance for the valuable items in shipment.
